This policy explains what Charlotte Adult Baseball League, Inc. (CABL) collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you type in it, such as your name, email, phone number and message, plus the page and language you used.
How it's stored
Form entries are sent to a Google Apps Script run by CABL and saved in a Google Sheet. They are also sent to CABL's volunteer team inbox, then shared with officers as needed so we can follow up. Our email provider is Google (Gmail/Google Workspace).
How we use it
We use your info only to answer you and to run CABL: registration questions, teams, sponsorships, umpiring and league updates you asked for.
Who can see it
CABL's volunteer team, and officers when an entry is shared with them. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our forms and email (Google), or when the law requires it.
To stop CABL emails, reply to any CABL email and ask to be removed.
Youth
Youth forms are for parents and guardians only. Please don't send a child's name, birth date, school or photo through this site.
Registration and payments
Registration, waivers and payments happen in The Futures App, not on this site. The Futures App's own privacy policy covers what you enter there.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email treasurer@cabl-usa.org.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page.
